Thank you for contacting the Virtual Armory Help Desk. Please read the following information before submitting a Help Desk ticket.
- If you have been in the Guard for less than 1 year, your Recruiter must register you on Virtual Armory.
- If you are not a Guard Member you must be sponsored by a Guard Member registered on Virtual Armory.
- If you are a Registered Guard Member and have forgotten your Username/Password, please use the Forgot Password Link - Click Here.
- The link for Federal Tuition Assistance is located on the Homepage or can be accessed through https://www.nationalguardbenefits.com.
- If you are having problems with an external site, for example, AKO, Mission Zone or the form for Federal Tuition Assistance, you must contact the Help Desk for those sites directly.
- You have to be nominated for the Freedom Ring by your state’s POC. If you are unable to order a ring, please contact the POC for your State first.
- Updates and corrections of all non-editable information must be changed through SIDPERS. The changes will be reflected on your account once the information is provided to Virtual Armory.
- There are no longer any Hero Bands available to order. To register your Hero Band go to http://www.virtualarmory.com/heroband.
- The link for Battle Book Extreme (B2X) is located in the Resources section. (You must be logged in to see the Resources section located on the right)
