Attain and maintain end strength mission (focus on a specific number or percent).
Maintain an 18% or less attrition rate.
Attain and maintain a minimum 85% senior grade and MOSQ available.
Graduate not less than 10% of authorized officer strength from state OCS.
Utilize PLDC quotas to ensure the unit graduates 85% of E-5 vacancies.
Develop and implement a counseling program for all soldiers flagged, with an emphasis on returning them to a favorable status.
Develop and implement a program designed to prepare subordinates for career development/advancement.
Conduct annual drug testing requirements.
Training Readiness:
Attain not less than a 90% MOS qualification rate.
Attain and maintain ARNG pre-mobilization objectives.
Ensure 100% of unit personnel not on profile successfully complete the APFT.

Logistics Readiness:

Increase trained logistical automation (ULLS, SARSS, SAMS) operators at unit level.
Improve "Quality of Life" for Soldiers, Their Families and Employers:
Schedule periodic awards to recognize soldiers, family support workers and employers.
Develop, implement and maintain effective Family Support and ESGR Programs.
Annual family day activities to include the commander's briefing.
Complete at least one approved Civic Action Project and one approved Drug Demand Reduction Project.
